
OUR HISTORY
A historic landmark in the Corso Vercelli-Piazzale Baracca area, the bakery on Viale San Michele del Carso was purchased by the Pastore family in 1998, after having belonged to other illustrious names in Milanese baking.
In 2017, his nephew Maurizio took over from his uncle Domenico, who continues the family business together with his wife Laura.
From day one, our priorities have been the quality of our products and customer satisfaction, and we know that one cannot exist without the other. For this reason, today, as 27 years ago, we continue to mix excellent raw materials, respecting traditional recipes and methods, while never forgetting to look to the future and meet our customers' new demands.
